We anticipate the best booking rates will likely become available between November and February. Rates vary based on type of room but standard rooms range ~220-350 a night. Currently they are $222/night (as of 8/8/2026).

We'll be keeping an eye on pricing and will share updates as we see rates change. Of course, you're welcome to book earlier if you'd like to secure a specific room category. The resort also offers a 100% refundable booking option, so you can always cancel and rebook if you find a better rate or room later.
Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s a 45–60 minute drive to the resort. We recommend pre-arranging a private transfer for a seamless arrival. We are still confirming with the hotel about transportation options. So stay tune with our text updates which you can sign up for with the Soft RSVP!

The evening restaurants enforce a dress code. Gentlemen: long pants, a collared or sleeved shirt, and closed-toe shoes. No jeans, sneakers, sandals, or sleeveless shirts at dinner. Ladies: a dress, skirt, or nice pants with elegant or casual shoes. Pack enough for each dinner night.
